K. K. Studio 4 ° C (Japanese株式会社スタジオよんどしい, Kabushiki - gaisha Sutajio Yon- doshii, Eng. Club. 4 ° C Co., Ltd. ) is a Japanese anime studio based in Musashino.

It was founded in 1986 by Eiko Tanaka ( president and chief producer ), Koji Morimoto (director) and Yoshiharu Sato (chief animator ). It owes its name to the anomaly of water: The fact that water has its highest density at about 4 ° C, is an allusion that the studio wants to concentrate in his works many ideas as possible.

Although already established in 1986, the first work of Memories came out only in 1995.
