Sturla Ãsgeirsson

Sturla Ásgeirsson ( born July 20, 1980 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic handball player.
The 1.83 meter tall and 78 kilograms, left winger, he played in the clubs IR Reykjavík ( until 2004) and Aarhus GF ( 2004-2008) and was from 17 September 2008 with the HSG Dusseldorf under contract. He left the club after the 2009/2010 season. Subsequently signed Sturla Ásgeirsson a contract with Icelandic club Valur Reykjavík.
Sturla Ásgeirsson has played 58 times for the Icelandic National Team, among other things, he won the silver medal at the Summer Olympics 2008.
