Suburban Shootout - The Women of weapons is a satirical comedy from England. The series is produced by Feelgood Productions in association with Oxygen and Paramount Comedy. It produced two seasons and first broadcast on Britain's Channel Five. The first season consists of eight episodes of 30 minutes and was sent in 2006, the second season has six episodes, each with 30 minutes running time, but which was shown on Five in 2007 in three episodes of 60 minutes each.

From the 16th January 2007, the first season of the series was broadcast on the German channel Comedy Central, from 12 January 2010 Arte ( German TV broadcast second season for the first time ).

Action

Joyce Hazeldine draws with her husband Jeremy in the beautiful suburb "Little Stempington ". Soon she realizes that there are two groups of housewives make a fierce battle in the suburbs. Now try both fronts to tug Joyce on their side.

Trivia

• Joyce Hazeldines car should be a Renault Twingo originally, but since no one could be found, a Fiat Panda was chosen as a replacement.
• The sign for Little Stempington appears only in the first four episodes, because the screenwriter Roger Becket stole it from the set. It is currently under his bed in his house.
• The filming took place mainly in Pinner, London, instead.
