The Suiattle River is a river in the U.S. state of Washington.

The Suiattle River springs from the Suiattle Glacier on the slopes of Glacier Peak in the Cascade Range. It usually flows toward Sauk River and north of Darrington in these. He entlehrt over the Skagit River in the Skagit Bay, part of Puget Sound. It is a National Wild and Scenic River.

The largest tributaries of the River Suiattle are the Chocolate Creek, Dusty Creek, Sulpher Creek and Downey Creek.
