Sukeban Deka (Japaneseスケバン 刑事(デカ) ) is a shōjo manga series by Shinji Wada, which was adapted into an anime, TV series and three feature films.

Name
Sukeban (スケバン) refers to the leader of a girl gang ,刑事represents an investigating police officer. The kanji is usually read as keiji, while the equivalent medium decadent slang for a policeman in civilian clothes is.
Manga
The manga by Shinji Wada published between January 1976 and December 1982 in Hakusenshas shōjo magazine Hana to Yume. The chapters were then published as tankōbon in 22 volumes by the Hana to Yume Comics imprint.
From August 2004 to July 2005 there was a new edition as a 12 -volume kanzenban by Media Factory's MF Comics imprint.

Action
