Sultan Haydar

Sultan Haydar (born Chaltu Girma Meshesha; born 23 May 1985) is a Turkish middle and long distance runner of Ethiopian origin.

In 2005 she was at the Junior Africa Championships third parties over 800 m.

Starting for her new home, she won gold in 2009 than 1500 m at the U23 European Championships and in the U23 category the European Cross Country Championships in Dublin.

The European Athletics Championships 2010 in Barcelona, it reached more than 1500 m in the flow not the goal.

In 2011 she finished seventh at the RAK Half Marathon, Ninth over 3000 meters at the Indoor Athletics Championships in Paris and seventh at the Istanbul Marathon.

The 1.70 meter tall Haydar was in the squad of the Turkish team for the Olympic Summer Games in 2012. In London, she put the Olympic marathon route back in 2:38,26 hours. Thus, it was ranked 72nd of the Final Ranking.

Haydar, a student of the sport teaching post at the University Dumlupinar in Kutahya, starts for the Istanbul club Uskudar Municipality Sports Club. Your trainer is Ihsan Alptekin.
