Sunda Slim Croissant

The Sunda tree squirrels ( Sundasciurus ) are a common species of squirrels in Southeast Asia, which is very rich in species and form. Anatomically resemble the animals the genuine nice croissants, but are colored simple. Most of her fur is gray or brown on the upper side and lower side gray or white.

Sunda tree squirrel are inhabitants of tropical rain forests. There they live in medium to higher regions of the trees. Their diet consists mainly of fruits and nuts.

The IUCN classifies the Jentink Croissant, the Palawan mountain squirrel and the Samar - squirrel as endangered. The Northern Palawan Croissant is considered threatened. Due to the deforestation of the rain forests are likely all kinds continuously decrease in their inventory.
