Sunrise Coigney

Christina Sunrise Coigney ( born September 17 1972 in San Francisco, California) is a French-American actress.

Life and career

Christina Sunrise Coigney was born in 1972 in San Francisco, California. Since June 2000, Coigney is married to five years older actor Mark Ruffalo. The marriage produced a son (* 2001) and two daughters (* 2005 and 2007). She and her husband are owners of the boutique Kaviar and Kind in Los Angeles.

Sunrise Coigney celebrated her acting debut in the television series 100 Centre Street as Monica Robinson. They stood in a sequence together with Alan Arkin in front of camera. In the same year the horror film Campfire Stories was released in which she played the role of Michelle. In the thriller In the Cut, from 2003, starring Meg Ryan and her husband in the lead roles, she played the role of the young mother of Ryan's character. Then Coigney looked even with in two episodes of the TV series Line of Fire, in which, among other things Leslie Bibb landed a starring role. The series was canceled after 13 episodes. In 2005 Coigney decided to quit acting to spend more time with their children and to open a jewelry store in Los Angeles.
