Supercopa de España de Baloncesto
The Supercopa de España de Baloncesto (Spanish Basketball Supercup ) is a Spanish basketball competition. He was from 1984 to 1987 and is held annually since 2004. Originally met, as in Supercup Apply usual, the winner of the League and the winners of the Cup Bewerbes each other. The title was held in a game at a neutral site.
From 2004, the competition was reintroduced after 17 - year break. The title has since been held in the knockout system on a weekend before the ACB league at a specified place. Eligible are four teams; the master, the Cup Winners' Cup, the highest ranked team in international tournaments ( ULEB Euro League, ULEB Eurocup ) and the host team. If several criteria on a team, so moves to the next best team in the league.
