Superior rectal artery

The superior rectal artery ( " upper Rektumsarterie " ), called in animals rectal cranial artery, the artery arises from the inferior mesenteric or " lower intestine artery ". It divides into two branches that follow the sides of the rectum. From the superior rectal artery and the inflows go out to the corpus cavernosum recti, which is responsible for fecal continence of meaning and its condition leads to hemorrhoids.
