SuperKaramba

SuperKaramba (Super Karamba ) is a computer program that enables the representation of different small programs (widgets ) and Themes on the background image of your desktop.

The expenditure of the programs are usually embedded directly into the background and do not interfere as the overview of the normal programs. The use of SuperKaramba not limited to surfaces of KDE, but are certain libraries that brings the desktop to required. Since KDE 3.5 SuperKaramba is already included, so it is an official part of the desktop. In KDE SC 4 the new surface plasma provides similar options as SuperKaramba ready in terms of the design of the desktop. Nevertheless SuperKaramba is further developed. So it has been ported to KDE SC 4 already and easy integration of embedded SuperKaramba widgets in plasma. Both support and minor improvements for SuperKaramba are planned for the future.

Operation
