Jesús Joaquín Fernández Sáez de la Torre called Suso (born 19 November 1993, Cádiz ) is a Spanish footballer who is currently under contract at Liverpool. His preferred position is attacking midfield.

Career

In the club

Suso began his career in his hometown at FC Cadiz, from where he moved to Liverpool in the summer of 2010. On September 23, 2012, he arrived there his first appearance in the Premier League when he came off the bench in the game against Manchester United. On 19 October 2012, he signed a new contract which ties him until 2017 at Liverpool.

For the 2013/14 season he was loaned for a year at UD Almería.

National

Suso took part with the Spanish U-19 National Team at the U -19 Championships in 2012, where they could win the title. On 13 November 2012, he came to his first race in the Spanish U- 21 team when he came off the bench in the game against Italy.
