Svatopluk II

Svatopluk II or Svatopluk II ( German and Svatopluk II, Latin:? Zentobolchus, * ca 884; †) from Moravian dynasty of Mojmiriden, was the younger son of Svatopluk I. From 898-899 he led a civil war with his older brother Mojmir II to the rule in Mährerreich.

Life

Svatopluk II was the younger son of Knesset Svatopluk I. His older brother Mojmir II and he joined in the year 894 the East Frankish king Arnulf peace with the. Soon the brothers quarreled and each tried to seize power in itself. They expressed mutually murderous intent.
