Sven Lindman

Sven " Svenne " Lindman ( born April 19, 1942) is a former Swedish football player.

Career

Lindman began playing football at Ormsjö IF Uven before the midfielder moved to Djurgårdens IF. With the club he became Swedish champion in 1966. In 1968 he signed a two -year contract with Rapid Vienna. In 1969, he took the team to the Austrian Cup. However, he felt uncomfortable with the club and returned after only one season back to Sweden to DIF. In 1980, he finished after 312 games in the Allsvenskan and 49 Erstligatoren his career.

Lindman was 21 times for Sweden on the court. The country selection, he participated in the 1974 World Cup.
