Sven Strüver

Sven Struever ( born August 9, 1967 in Bremen ) is a German professional golfer on the European Tour.

Biography

Strüver hit 1990 professional career, and came in 1992 to the European Tour. Just one year later Strüver reached his best finish in the money list with the remarkable 13th place. In total he has three tournament victories, but weakened in the last few seasons and currently has only a limited eligibility to play on the big tour.

Since spring 2010, Strüver trained as a PGA Teaching Professional at Golf Club Teutoburger Wald in Halle / Westphalia. His instructor is Graham Clark. His PGA Playing Ability Test, he took off in mid-2010.

Strüver represented his country seven times in the World Cup and six times in the Dunhill Cup.

He is married to Stephanie Strüver since 1996, has two children and a resident of Orlando, Florida.
