Svetlana Issakova

Svetlana Issakova ( born June 14, 1993, Tallinn, Estonia) is an Estonian figure skater. She is a multiple medalist at the Estonian Championships.

Sporting successes

Issakova is coached by the former Soviet figure skater Anna Levandi and starts for the club Anna Levandi FSC.

2006 Issakova Estonian champion was in the juniors. A year later, she took second place behind Elena Glebova at senior level. At the Junior Grand Prix in Liberec she could return the favor and came in second in front of her compatriot. In the 2008 season they could again fight for second place in the Junior Grand Prix in Sheffield. In her hometown of Tallinn they finished third. With these results, she qualified for the Junior Grand Prix Final in Gdansk. There she was ranked seventh.
