Swedish Hockey Association

The Landhockeyförbundet Svenska ( SLHF ) (Swedish Hockey Association, the Swedish Hockey Association ) is the governing body for hockey in Sweden. It was founded in 1973, as was dramatically increased in Sweden, interest in hockey as a result of the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich. The association is a member of the Swedish Sports Federation ( swedish Riksidrottsförbundet, RF), the Swedish Olympic Committee ( swedish Sveriges Olympiska man committee, SOK ), the European Hockey Federation (EHF ) and the Fédération Internationale de Hockey ( FIH). Its seat is located in Stockholm.
