Swedish Touring Car Championship

The Swedish Touring Car Championship (English: Swedish Touring Car Championship, short STCC ) is a touring car championship, which is based in Sweden. Some races are held also in Norway and Denmark. Under the influence of the Swedish television successful British Touring Car Championship, the Swedish Touring Car Championship was established in 1996. Rules

The vehicles that take part in the Swedish Touring Car Championship, match the Super 2000 regulations of the FIA. The starting grid for the first race of an event is determined by a 20-minute qualifying session.
