Syd Millar

John Sydney " Syd " Millar CBE (* May 23, 1934 in Ballymena, Northern Ireland ) is a former Irish rugby union player who played at the position of the pillar. He was active for the Irish national team and the British and Irish Lions. He represented Ireland in the World Association for many years as chairman of the International Rugby Board.
