Sylvain Freiholz

Sylvain free Wood ( born November 23, 1974 in Le Brassus ) is a retired Swiss ski jumper. He jumped for the SC Le Brassus.

Career

Free Wood made ​​his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup as a 16- year-old on 2 December 1990 in Lake Placid and immediately reached rank 27, just a week after he finished fifth in Thunder Bay, and in the Four Hills Tournament, he was this year, eight of Appreciation. In the following years free wood belonged to the advanced world-class ski jumpers.

At the Olympic Winter Games in Albertville in 1992 he reached on the normal hill on the 24th, on the big hill on the 14th rank; in the Finnish Vuokatti he was in the same year junior vice champion behind Toni Nieminen.
