Sylvain Marveaux ( born April 15, 1986 in Vannes, Morbihan ) is a French footballer who plays for the English Premier League club Newcastle United plays since 2011. His older brother Joris Marveaux is also football player and is under contract at Montpellier.

The parents of Sylvain Marveaux are from the overseas region of Martinique. They had immigrated before the birth of Sylvain Marveaux to Metropolitan France ( mainland France). Sylvain Marveaux was born in 1986 in Vannes (Brittany ) to the world.

Association

Sylvain Marveaux began in 1992 when AS Ménimur with football. In 1999 he moved to the youth of the OC Vannes to change around 2001 in the youth of Rennes.

His debut for the U -21 he gave on February 5, 2008, when he appeared as a substitute in the 0-2 defeat in Spain in the 80th minute for Yoan Gouffran. He made his last international match on 19 August 2008, when he was, however, replaced after eight minutes through Dimitri Payet in a 2-2 draw against Slovakia, stood in the starting eleven. Overall, he can look back on six missions for the U -21.
