Sylwia Korzeniowska

Sylwia Korzeniowska ( born April 25, 1980 in Kalisz ) is a Polish athlete.

Sylwia Korzeniowska is a Polish race walker and the youngest sister of former world class walker Robert Korzeniowski, who is now her coach. She started at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and came over 20km on the 21th Place. Her brother Robert had won at these Olympic Games gold medal in the 50 km and ended his career. With the beginning of his work as a trainer also improved the performance of his sister. At the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg in 2006 Sylwia Korzeniowska first appeared in the light of a larger, international audience and finished 7th in new Polish record time of 1 hour 31 minutes and 31 seconds over 20 km.
