The Syrabach is a body of water in the Saxon Vogtland.

Although only nine kilometers long, the river is key to the region. Already in the first deed of Vogtland from 1122 he is mentioned under the name Siroune as boundary waters of the district Dobna. The geologically by the mouth of the Syrabaches in the Weisse Elster created by two waters spur was used to plant the town of Plauen. The Syratal is spanned by the Syratalbrücke, a large viaduct (209 m long and 32 m high) in 11 sheets. This bridge was built for the railway Plauen- Eger.
