Syracuse Blazers

The Syracuse Blazers were an American Hockey franchise from Syracuse, New York.

History

The Syracuse Blazers were founded in 1967 as a franchise of the Eastern Hockey League. Their championship title they won in the 1972 season / 73rd After the league was then dissolved, the Blazers were transferred to the inaugural round of the North American Hockey League. Their league titles, the Lockhart Cup, they won in the seasons 1973/74 and 1976/77 also. After the NAHL was disbanded in 1977, also featured the Syracuse Blazers a game operation.
