Taake

Taake (of tåke, norw, fog ') is a Norwegian extreme metal band. Singer Ørjan Stedjeberg, artist name " Hoest " (from høst, norw, autumn '), is the only permanent member of the band.

Band History

Initially, the band was founded in early 1993 was called Thule, Hoest singer before they renamed Taake 1995. He hoped that this name would reflect the spirit of the lyrics, which were written in an old Norwegian dialect and an alliterative form and deal primarily with the nature of Norway. Music style
