Tabaré Aguerre

Tabaré Aguerre Lombardo ( born April 12, 1957 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan politician and agricultural engineer.

Born in Montevideo, Garibaldi corner and Montecaseros, Aguerres education led over the Escuela 88 and the Liceo 8 to the Instituto Universitario Preparatorio. From 1975 he studied at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences ( Facultad de Agronomía ) of the Universidad de la República. During this time he worked for a short time in the Banco de Prevision Social and the UTU of Fray Bentos. He graduated in 1980 from as an agricultural engineer. In the same year married the psychologist Ana Luisa Cazes, with whom he has three daughters and a son. He then from March 1981 in Bella Unión in CALNU worked and lived until 1998 in this city.

The Independent Party as the Frente Amplio nationals, since 1998 living in Salto Aguerre took effect on 1 March 2010, the Office of the Minister of Agriculture of Uruguay, which he exercises since then. In addition, he was from 2007 to 2009 as President at the top of the Asociación de Cultivadores de Arroz ( ACA), he already worked as a senior leader and vice president within which 1988-2006. He also has worked as a rice farmer. As such, he maintains a private farm in the region Valentín in the department of Salto.
