Tacabro is an Italian dance trio, which originally only consisted of the two DJs and producers Mario Romano and Salvatore " Salvo " Sapienza until 2012 Martínez Rodríguez ( also known as ruly MC ) after several collaborations joined the project.

Career

Romano and Sapienza were both born in Catania in Sicily, where they still live today. They worked initially in the nightclubs of Catania as DJs and remixers, until they decided in the summer of 2008 to record your own songs under its former name Romano & Sapienza. The debut single, the duo appeared in the fall of 2008 and was called Judas brass. It was released by record label Hollister Records. Two years later she again drew attention with the single La Partita Di Pallone attention to itself. The song was recorded with Rita Pavone.

Martínez Rodríguez was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the 2002 Italian city of Turin. There he began to work as a singer and dancer in various Latin clubs by his stage name MC ruly.

Since 2011 she participated as a trio on many songs. Among them were the two club hits Mujeres and I Like Reggaeton and eventually caring for international notoriety Single Tacata. In May 2012, Rodríguez joined the project and they eventually changed their name to in Tacabro.

In June 2012, Tacata no longer appeared outside of Italy, but under the name Romano & Sapienza feat. Rodriguez but under their current band name Tacabro.

Tacata became a huge hit all over Europe. The single has reached the top chart in several countries. Among them were Denmark, Austria, France and Switzerland. Tacata reached in the German singles chart top spot 5 and peaked at # 2 on the official iTunes charts. Even in the World charts it was represented there and reached the 37th place. In Italy Tacata 2012 reached platinum status in April.

In the fall of 2012, they released the song Asi Asi as a single, the previously not yet able to reach the charts.
