The daily paper Cup was an annual Viennese league championship in football, the first of its kind in Austria. It was fought from 1900 to 1903 a total of three times over the years and each won by Wiener AC. He is considered a forerunner of today's football league in Austria.

The daily paper Cup was launched by the famous Viennese newspaper " Neues Wiener Tageblatt " launched in 1900 and was advertised for Viennese clubs. Since 1897 there have been with the Challenge Cup, which should exist until 1911, already a Cup competition throughout the monarchy. The daily paper consisted of two League Cup classes. In the top division, the 1st class, played five ( in the first season only four) teams, the remaining teams were divided on the 2nd class A and B. The winners of these classes played the next year to the day sheet Cup, the last two of the first class had to dismount in the 2nd class. This rule has not been applied to various reasons regularly.
