Taibo of Wu

Wu Tai Bo (吴太伯) was the later name of Ji Tai Bo (姬 太 伯). Wu Tai Bo was the eldest son of Ji Dan Fu (姬 亶 父) ( posthumous name Tai Zhou Wang -周 太 王), this is one of the ancestors of the Zhou Dynasty. He goes to twelfth generation in direct descent from back Huangdi, the legendary " Yellow Emperor " and the first great ruler of China.

Descent

Ji Fu Dan had three sons: Tai Bo Ji, Ji Zhong Yong (姬 虞仲) and Ji Ji Li (姬 季 历). The son of Ji Ji Ji Chang Li was (姬昌). Ji Chang (1152-1056 BC) fell in 1122 BC, the Shang Dynasty. Life

Wu Tai Bo was regarded as a very wise and just ruler of the " Golden Age " in the time of the "Old Heaven." He always avoided controversy or armed conflict.
