Taito Corporation
The Taito Corporation (Japaneseタイトー 株式会社, Taitō kabushiki - gaisha ) is a Japanese video game developer based in Tokyo. Taito was founded in 1953 by Michael Kogan. One of their first arcade games was 1973 Elepong.
In September 2005, Taito was acquired by Square Enix and merged with Square Enix's subsidiary SQEX Corporation. Since then appear mainly games for arcade devices and mobile phones under the brand name of Taito.
Musically, many games have been equipped by the house band Zuntata.
