Taiwan Affairs Office

The Office of Taiwan Affairs at the Chinese State Council (Chinese国务院 台湾 事务 办公室/国务院 台湾 事务 办公室, Pinyin Guówùyuàn Táiwān Shiwu Bàngōngshì, Eng. Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council) is one of the State Council of the People's Republic of China located somewhere office. It is responsible for the implementation of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the specified policy towards the Republic of China on Taiwan.

The counterpart on the part of the Republic of China is the Mainland Affairs Council.
