Takaharu Furukawa

Takaharu Furukawa (Japanese古 川 高 晴, Furukawa Takaharu; born August 9, 1984 in Aomori ) is a Japanese archer.

Takaharu Furukawa took so far participated in three Olympic Games. In Athens in 2004, he finished in a single 18th place, with the team he reached the 8th place. In Beijing in 2008, he took up only in individual competition, he graduated with the rank 33. At the Olympic Games in London in 2012, he won the individual after a final defeat by Oh Jin- Hyek the silver medal. Together with Yu Ishizu and Hideki Kikuchi, he finished 6th place in the team competition.

Takaharu Furukawa studied at the Kinki University.
