Takahisa Oguchi

Takahisa Oguchi (Japanese小 口 贵 久, Takahisa Oguchi; born January 11, 1979 in Nagano ) is a Japanese luger.

Oguchi is a student and lives in Nagano. Since 1993 he has luger, since 1999 he is a member of the Japanese national team. He performs with his partner Masaki Toshiro in doubles, both in single-seaters as well since 2006. His first doubles partner was Kei Takahisa. At their first use on their home track in Nagano the double was seventh in the final race of the season 1998 /99. It should be remain best result to date ( as of December 2007 ). Best result at a luge World Cup was the eighth place with the team in 2005 in Park City. In the 2006 Olympics he finished 20th in the single-seater. Four years earlier, he joined in Salt Lake City in the doubles, but crashed.
