Tao Xingzhi

Tao Xingzhi (Chinese陶行知, Pinyin Tao Xingzhi ) (* 1891, † 1946) was a Chinese educationalists and educational reformer. In 1939 he founded the Gusheng Temple ( Gusheng古圣 寺si ) in the village of Fenghuang凤凰 村, Hechuan, Sichuan (now Chongqing), the Yucai School ( Yucai Xuexiao育才 学校).
