Tarvaris Jackson ( * April 21, 1983 in Montgomery, Alabama) is an American professional American football player at the position of quarterback. He plays for the Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League ( NFL).

Career

College career

He completed his best-ever season and was starting quarterback with nearly 3,100 yards and thrown 14 touchdowns with 13 interceptions.

In summer 2012, Russell Wilson was committed, which was competing for a place as a starter with Jackson. Tavaris Jackson, however, was replaced before the season to the Buffalo Bills, the Seahawks got in return a seventh- round draft pick for the NFL Draft. For the Bills, he completed no single game.
