Tatiana Egorova

Tatjana Vladimirovna Jegorowa (Russian Татьяна Владимировна Егорова; born March 10, 1970 in Samara, † July 29, 2012 in Moscow) was a Russian football player and trainer.

Career

Tatiana Egorova played in Russia for the clubs CSK VVS Samara, Tolyatti Lada FK and FK Rossijanka. She won the Russian Championship and three Russian Cups six times. Between 1994 and 1996 she played for the first FFC Turbine Potsdam in the German Bundesliga. For the Russian women's national team, she came between 1992 and 2005 for use and held the office of Mannschaftskapitänin. With the Russian selection, she participated in the World Championships in 1999 and 2003 and at the European Championships in 1997 and 2001.

Jegorowa trained after their active career the Russian club FK Rossijanka and led the club in 2010 to the championship. So she was the first coach to have won the Russian championship. In January 2012 it was replaced by Farid Benstiti and moved into management of the association. Tatiana Egorova died at the age of 42 in Moscow. About the cause of death is not known.
