Taylor (crater)

Taylor is an impact crater on the lunar front side, south of the crater Delambre and west of Alfraganus. The irregularly shaped crater is eroded. The interior is uneven and has a central mountain on.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the British mathematician Brook Taylor.
