Téclaire Bille

Teclaire Bille Esono (born 7 July 1988 Cameroon, † December 14, 2010 in Edea, Cameroon ) was a native of Cameroon, Equatorial Guinean football player who was used to the position of a defensive player.

Life and career

In Equatorial Guinea, she played for the football club Bellas Artes and previously in Cameroon for Caïman fille d' Akwa, Ngondi Nkam de Yabassi and Louves Minprof de Yaoundé. Since 2009 she was a member of the Equatorial Guinea women's soccer team and participated with this at the African Cup of Women 2010, which they qualified for the 2011 World Cup in Germany as runner-up behind the winner Nigeria.

In December 2010, the 22 - year-old died in a traffic accident in Cameroon. The traffic accident occurred on a road in Edea that already passed many accidents. Among the three victims were her brother and Pablo Boyas, technical director of Equatorial Guinea's first division team Deportivo Mongomo and representative of the Guinean Football Federation at the African Cup of Nations 2008.
