Teja Gregorin

Teja Gregorin ( born June 29, 1980 in Ljubljana) is a former Slovenian biathlete.

Teja Gregorin operates since 2002 Biathlon and since then also belongs to the Slovenian National Biathlon Team. She is coached by Tomas Kos and starts for ŠD Nika Ihan. The student lives in Ihan. Since the start of 2003/ 04 in Kontiolahti it starts in the Biathlon World Cup. From the mid- season 2004/ 05 she was able to achieve good rankings in the points regularly. Twice they came so far in fourth place, but for a place in the top 3, it was not enough.

At the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin, she participated in all five part biathlon races and placed each between 14th and 19th with the season she was sixth. 2008 Gregorin double world champion in sprint and pursuit at the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2008 in Haute Maurienne. Your biggest success so far in the winter it reached at the 2009 World Championships in Pyeongchang, South Korea, where she won by a second place behind Kati Wilhelm and Tora Berger before the silver medal in the individual race over 15 km. The Slovenian Championships Biathlon 2010 Gregorin won the title of the ladies.

Teja Gregorin took in all five competitions in biathlon competition at the Olympic Winter Games in 2010 and placed four times in the top ten. Her best result was fifth place in the mass start.
