Telecommunication Technology Committee

The Telecommunication Technology Committee (TTC ) in Japan is the authoritative standards body for telecommunications networks. Currently, the TTC has 140 members, among others, private companies from USA, Europe are represented. The task of the TTC is to publish similar to ETSI and ANSI technical standards, which though initially valid only for Japan. But according to the distribution of Japanese technology in the telecommunications markets they have in fact valid in the entire Asia- Pacific region.
