Tele Monte Carlo was the first Italian commercial broadcaster based in Monte Carlo.

History

He sent in Italian in 1974 by the Principality of Monaco. As of 1986, the audience shares of Tele Monte Carlo greatly declined. While the channel in 1985 had about 500,000 viewers, this number decreased in 1986 to about 90,000. The reason for this is that with Silvio Berlusconi's Mediaset now a second commercial broadcaster was nationwide to see and its Canale 5 had four times as many viewers as Tele Monte Carlo. On 23 June 2001, the station was closed and replaced by the transmitter La7.
