Tell the Truth (Belarus)

Tell the truth (white russian Гавары праўду; ! Russian Говори правду ) is a Belarusian political movement founded by the poet Uladzimir Njakljajeu on 25 February 2010. Njakljajeu participated in the presidential elections in Belarus in 2010.

The role of Tell the truth in the parliamentary elections in Belarus in 2012 is disputed. On the one hand Njakljajeu says that his movement was not to serve as a " fig leaf ", the Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko could give the polls a semblance of legitimacy. Nevertheless Tell the truth participated in the elections.
