Telus Plaza

TELUS Plaza is a building complex consisting of two skyscrapers in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The buildings were opened in 1972 and had as the Alberta Government Telephones ( AGT) buildings known. The main tenant of the building is the telecommunications company Telus Corporation.

The southern building ( TELUS Plaza South ) was built for 22 million dollars and was 1971-1983 the tallest building in Edmonton, was completed before the Manulife Place with its 146 meters. The building decreed on the 33rd floor, a telecommunications museum Vista 33 and an Observation Deck. The observation deck and museum were closed in the early 1990s.

The northern building ( Telus Plaza North ) was built for 10 million dollars and has 26 floors and reaches a height of 90 meters. In addition to offices, the building has a large shopping center with restaurants and access to the Edmonton Pedwaysystem and the metro stations.
