Temporary International Presence in Hebron

TIPH is the abbreviation for " Temporary International Presence in the City of Hebron " ( Temporary International Presence in the City of Hebron ), and was after the murder of 29 Palestinian inhabitants of the city of Hebron by Jewish settler Baruch Goldstein on 25 February 1994 by the UN Resolution 904 established.
