Tendinitis

Tendinitis (derived from the Latin tendo = tendon and Greek -itis ( - ίτις ) = flammable (s disease); German tendinitis ) is the medical term for an inflammatory condition of the tendons in the context of other diseases of the rheumatic diseases. Erroneously ( tendinopathy ) understood by the term often diseases caused by overloading the tendons. In addition to symptomatic therapy in the form of medication for pain and inflammation with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and conservation treatment of the underlying disease is paramount.
