It traces a seamless settlement from the late 6th millennium BC were detected until the 14th century. From the 6th millennium originate remains of a narrow village settlement with simple adobe buildings and polychrome pottery, named after Tell Halaf Halaf period. More recent finds are stamp seals with animal motifs from the 3rd millennium BC and the foundations of temples dating from Assyrian times.

In the middle of the 4th millennium BC reduced the rural development and after a hiatus (time interval without archaeological finds) emerged on the mound three special buildings in the central hall construction. They have a typical niche for later temple pillar decoration, but no altar was uncovered, which would confirm this association. All three buildings are located in an open space.
