Teppanyaki

Teppanyaki (Japanese鉄板 焼き) are Japanese dishes that are on a steel plate (鉄 板, teppan ) prepared right at the table.

Teppan are integrated into appropriate restaurants in the preparation of surfaces on the counter or recessed into the guest tables. In many Japanese households is a portable hot plate.

Typical Teppanyaki food is Okonomiyaki (including Hiroshima -yaki and Modanyaki ) Monjayaki and yakisoba.
