Teraphim

As teraphim (Hebrew תְּרָפִים trafím ) is called an image or easily transportable figure of a family of God Semitic nomads. The term appears in several places in the Old Testament of the Bible (eg Gen. 31,19 EU, 1 Sam 19:13 and Hos EU 3.4 EU).

Teraphim were erected in specific niches or in hidden places and were used for divination. We measure them to a prophetic power. At the same time they were protecting gods, the domestic and commercial guarded.
