Terrell Everett
Terrell Everett ( born July 30, 1984 in Charleston, South Carolina ) is an American professional basketball player. After studying in his native Everett was 2006 professional in Europe, where he mostly played in France and in different seasons for the German first division polar bears Bremerhaven. Since the season 2013/14 Everett plays in the Basketball Super League Ukraine.
Career
Everett began in 2002 graduated from Southwest Missouri State University at West Plains ( SMSU ), where he played for the college team Grizzlies in the National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association. In 2004 he was elected to the " All-American Second Team" of the ten best junior college players in the NJCAA and continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma, where he played for the college team Sooners in the Big 12 Conference of the NCAA. In the following two years was reached in each case the national finals of the NCAA; after a second-round defeat in 2005 would retire in 2006 already in the first round each against worse -rated teams. In his senior year in 2006 he belonged to the nation's best submission donors and scored with just under seven assists, the third- most behind Jared Jordan and Jose Barea.
2006 Everett began a professional career at Élan Sportif from Chalon -sur -Saône in the French LNB Pro A. After a third place in the main round one difference in the play-off semi-final series for the championship in 2007 against the eventual champions Chorale Roanne Basket from. The following season 2007/ 08 started Everett at the Czech champion CEZ Basketball Nymburk from before he was already mid-November 2007 again returned to the highest French league and the club Jeanne d' Arc Dijon Bourgogne from reinforced. 2010 Everett left France and moved to the highest Greek A1 Ethniki league to the Premiership returnees from Iraklis Thessaloniki. The team, however, was not very successful and Everett left the club early. He completed mid-January for a short -term contract to the Croatian champions KK Cibona Zagreb before the beginning of March 2011 as the NEUVORSTELLUNG and replacement for the injured Tyrone Brazelton, who had also begun his studies at the SMSU in West Plains (Missouri ) to Everett, the German first division polar bear was introduced from Bremerhaven. The polar bear managed in the National Basketball League 2010/11 because of the better direct comparison still a place in the play-offs for the German championship in which you had no chance in the first round against the defending champion Brose Baskets. In the National Basketball League in 2011/12, however, the third collection in a row in the play-offs did not succeed more and Everett returned for the 2012/13 season again in the French League, where he played for the club from Cholet. However, the champion of 2010 threatened in that season for the first time in four years, the play-offs to miss the championship and so they parted in mid-January 2013. Thereupon Everett was mid-February again obliged by his former club from Bremerhaven. With this, however, he reached only the league and missed again a place in the play-offs. For the following season, Everett joined the Basketball Super League Ukraine about the club from Odessa.
