Tesfaye Eticha

Tesfaye Eticha (* June 27, 1974 ) is a Swiss (formerly Ethiopian ) long-distance runner, specializing in the marathon. Now he lives in Geneva Tesfaye starts for the club Stade Geneve, and has already won seven times the Lausanne Marathon four times and the Jungfrau Marathon.

The part belonging to ethnic Oromo Tesfaye Eticha fled because of the political situation in Ethiopia in July 1998 in Switzerland. He is married to Hanna Fekede and has two children.
